We are seeking a high-performing Talent Acquisition Manager with strong experience in BPO/contact center bulk hiring to lead large-scale recruitment operations. This role is ideal for professionals who thrive in fast-paced environments and have a proven track record of managing high-volume hiring along with leading recruitment teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end bulk hiring for BPO / Contact Center roles
  • Manage, mentor, and drive performance of the recruitment team
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to meet aggressive hiring targets
  • Implement effective sourcing strategies (job portals, referrals, vendors, walk-ins, etc.)
  • Track and analyze recruitment metrics to ensure timely closures
  • Ensure quality hiring with speed and efficiency

Must-Have Skills & Experience

  • 5+ years of Talent Acquisition experience
  • Strong background in BPO / Contact Center bulk hiring
  • Proven team management experience
  • Hands-on experience with ATS and recruitment reporting
  • Ability to join immediately or within a short notice period
  • Stable career history preferred
