Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end bulk hiring for BPO / Contact Center roles
- Manage, mentor, and drive performance of the recruitment team
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to meet aggressive hiring targets
- Implement effective sourcing strategies (job portals, referrals, vendors, walk-ins, etc.)
- Track and analyze recruitment metrics to ensure timely closures
- Ensure quality hiring with speed and efficiency
Must-Have Skills & Experience
- 5+ years of Talent Acquisition experience
- Strong background in BPO / Contact Center bulk hiring
- Proven team management experience
- Hands-on experience with ATS and recruitment reporting
- Ability to join immediately or within a short notice period
- Stable career history preferred
