Job Summary
The Talent Acquisition Manager is responsible for leading end-to-end recruitment operations, workforce planning support, and talent sourcing strategies to attract high-quality professionals across technical and corporate functions. The role requires strong leadership in managing recruitment teams, stakeholder partnerships, and hiring delivery within a fast-paced technology-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead full-cycle recruitment activities for technical, corporate, and operational roles
- Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies through job portals, social media, employee referrals, and headhunting
- Partner with business leaders and department heads to understand workforce requirements and hiring priorities
- Manage recruitment KPIs including time-to-fill, hiring quality, and candidate experience
- Supervise and mentor recruiters and recruitment coordinators to ensure hiring targets are achieved
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for critical and hard-to-fill positions
- Ensure proper implementation of recruitment processes, policies, and employer branding initiatives
- Coordinate with HR and onboarding teams for seamless candidate onboarding and transition
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field
- Must come from a Tech or IT company environment
- At least 5 years of Recruitment experience
- Minimum of 3 years managerial experience handling recruitment teams
- Strong experience in volume hiring and technical recruitment
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Proficient in recruitment systems and sourcing platforms
