TAG/Recruitment Manager- Oversees the full recruitment process to ensure fulfillment of hiring requirements is met. This role manages the recruitment team, develops hiring strategies, and ensures all recruitment activities align with the company goals and policies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manages the end-to-end recruitment process for all hiring needs under his/her span
- Supervising/ Managing team members, providing training and ensuring effective communication and collaboration
- Target Setting- Is knowledgeable of how to create targets based on hiring needs
- Builds and maintains relationships with hiring managers to understand staffing needs
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
- Track and Analyze performance and making data driven decisions to improve recruitment process and fulfill hiring needs
- Maintain compliance with labor laws and company policies
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource, Psychology, Business or any related field
- Proven experience in recruitment (at least 5-6 years, preferably with at least 3 years of Managerial experience, handling volume hiring and supervising team members)
- Strong leadership communication skills
- Proficient in using applicant tracking system (ATS) and MS Office Tools
- Data driven and strong organization skills
- Knowledge of recruitment best practices and HR Laws
- Solid exposure in stakeholder management
- Exposure to hiring Healthcare/ Insurance profiles (preferred, not a requirement)
