This role can be based in key GHD offices across Asia, including Makati (Philippines) or Singapore.

Who are we looking for

GHD has a new and exciting opportunity for a Talent Acquisition Manager, Asia to lead Talent Acquisition (TA) across the Asia region. This role strengthens recruitment capability through market specific talent strategies, senior and complex hiring, and consistent TA governance across diverse and rapidly evolving markets.

Lead and Develop the Asia TA Function

  • Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing Asia TA team, building capability, consistency, and confidence across markets.

Drive Strategy, Complex Hiring, and Governance

  • Design and execute market-specific talent strategies aligned with local labour markets, regulations, and business priorities.
  • Lead senior, complex, and niche hiring across the Asia region, partnering closely with senior business leaders.
  • Optimize policies and processes to ensure consistent governance, compliance, scalability, and an exceptional candidate and stakeholder experience.

Partner with the Business

  • Advise senior leaders and partner across functions and regions to deliver integrated, longterm talent solutions.
  • Anticipate business needs and design solutions that navigate complexity and unlock opportunities.
  • Contribute to strategic planning by aligning TA priorities with organizational objectives and future workforce needs.

Enable, Measure, and Improve

  • Enable hiring managers through training on interviewing, candidate assessment, inclusive hiring, and data-driven decision-making.
  • Use data-driven insights to inform strategy, measure outcomes, and continuously improve TA performance.
  • Promote inclusive recruitment and support programs that advance diversity, equity, and inclusion across Asia.

What you'll bring to the team

  • A strategic, action-oriented mindset, comfortable moving fast on tough challenges.
  • Deep business insight and the ability to tailor communication for diverse audiences.
  • Skill in navigating organizational dynamics, building stakeholder influence, and aligning plans to strategic goals.
  • Proven ability to solve complexity with clarity and drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree (or equivalent combination of education and experience).

  • Experience leading teams through transformational change in TA across country and/or regional contexts.

  • Demonstrated success partnering with senior leaders in complex, matrixed environments.

  • Strong TA systems expertise (Oracle Cloud Recruiter is an advantage) and advanced LinkedIn Recruiter capability.

  • Demonstrated strategic sourcing and non-traditional pipeline development experience.

  • Commitment to diversity, inclusion, and continuous improvement.

  • Applicants must have the legal right to work in the location where they have applied for the role.
