- Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing requirements and build effective job descriptions.
- Utilize multiple sourcing channels, including social media, job boards, and recruitment events.
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs within the Technology & Telecoms industry.
- Analyze recruitment metrics and provide actionable insights to improve hiring efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and employment regulations throughout the hiring process.
- Represent the company at career fairs and networking events in the Taguig area to attract potential candidates.
The Successful Applicant
A Successful Talent Acquisition Lead Should Have
- A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven expertise in managing end-to-end recruitment processes.
- Familiarity with recruitment tools and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Strong knowledge of the Technology & Telecoms industry and hiring trends.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- The ability to analyze data and provide strategic recommendations for process improvements.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
