In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
- Serve as a strategic talent advisor to business and HR leaders, providing guidance on hiring strategies, and market intelligence to support informed decision-making.
- Build and maintain strong and trusted relationships with all stakeholders across the organization.
- Develop and execute strategic sourcing initiatives to build talent pipelines for evergreen and future roles.
- Establish networks and partnerships with government agencies, recruitment firms, and other external stakeholders to expand sourcing channels.
- Manage end-to-end candidate evaluations, including resume screening, phone interviews, and assessments, to recommend top talent to hiring managers.
- Maintain and optimize the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) for accurate metrics, dashboards, and reporting.
- Lead and participate in continuous process improvement initiatives to enhance recruitment efficiency and candidate experience.
- Act as project lead for Asia-Pacific (AP) initiatives and provide support for regional hiring needs as required.
