Talent Acquisition Language Trainer (Project-based)

Job Summary

This Specialist Trainer role in Talent Acquisition is an exciting opportunity that entails language training and curriculum development within the context of recruitment. The position is involved in language assessment, English training, and instruction design.

Duties/Responsibilities

I. Training Delivery

1. Deliver training classes on all aspects of Talent Acquisition projects, including soft skills and technical skills, both small & large class sizes
2. Supervise participants while in their training period
3. Assess participant and class performance
4. Administer assessments related to the hiring process

II. Instruction Design

1. Conduct training needs analysis
2. Create new training and development programs independently 
3. Prepare and deliver training and development courses
4. Apply knowledge of instructional design theory to design course content
5. Develop various training documents and manuals
6. Work with subject matter experts, management, trainers, e-Learning specialists
7. Interface with various departments to develop specifications for content of courses

III. Others

1. Support and adhere to company policies, requirements, and expectations 
2. Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
3. Maintain and update trackers / database
4. Coordinate with officers and colleagues
5. Perform other related duties and assignments as required and as assigned by supervisor or manager.

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities

Required:

• Demonstrates strong English language proficiency
• Adept in training delivery
• Experienced in curriculum and instruction design 
• Skillful in creation of training materials
• Adept in MS Office Applications
• Well-seasoned in classroom leadership, management, and organization

Preferred:

• Has a bachelor's degree in any course
• Has at least 6 months of training experience
• Understands adult learning principles
• Knowledgeable of general recruitment processes and testing

• Promotes the highest standards of ethical and professional conduct 
• Amenable to shifting schedule, onsite work setup - VXI Panorama, Quezon City)
• Amenable to occasional travel between VXI sites
• Can start ASAP
