Talent Acquisition Intern 2026 (Remote / Hybrid)

Company: V-Affluence (Financial Services Organization)

Location: Remote (Philippines) / Hybrid (Ortigas / Laguna)

Schedule: Flexible 10–15 hours per week (Voluntary Internship) or fixed hours based on school requirements (Required Internship)

Duration: 2 - 3 months (Voluntary Internship) or fixed hours based on school requirements (Required Internship)

V-Affluence is a growing financial services organization that operates through structured systems across Marketing, Sales, and Operations. As we continue to expand, we are strengthening our recruitment and hiring process to support consistent team growth.

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Intern who will assist in sourcing, screening, and coordinating applicants across different roles.

What You'll Work On

  • Source candidates through job platforms and outreach
  • Review applications and shortlist qualified candidates
  • Coordinate interview schedules and manage applicant communication
  • Maintain organized tracking sheets for applicants and hiring progress
  • Support onboarding and documentation of new interns and hires

What This Role Requires

This role requires organization, consistency, and clear communication. You will be handling multiple applicants, so attention to detail and follow-through are important.

Qualifications

  • 2nd year to 4th year undergraduate student (any program, preferably HR, Psychology, or Business-related)
  • Strong written communication skills
  • Organized and detail-oriented
  • Comfortable using Google Sheets or Excel
  • Reliable, responsive, and able to meet deadlines

How You'll Be Evaluated

  • Applicants are tracked and updated accurately
  • Scheduling and communication are done on time
  • No missing or inconsistent data in trackers
  • Tasks are completed consistently with minimal supervision
