Talent Acquisition Intern

This intern supports the recruitment team across sourcing, candidate coordination and hiring analytics for roles spanning AI and LLM delivery, operations and enabling functions.

Work Setup:

Remote for applicants outside Cebu City

Hybrid for applicants within Cebu City.

What You'll Do

Sourcing and Screening

Source candidate profiles on LinkedIn, job boards and university networks using given search strings

Review applications against role requirements and prepare shortlists for recruiters

Candidate Experience

Coordinate interview schedules, assessments and candidate communication

Track candidate feedback and flag drop-off points in the process

Recruitment Analytics and Employer Brand

Maintain applicant trackers and assessment records, and prepare weekly pipeline reports

Support job posting content and campus recruitment activities

What We're Looking For

Pursuing Psychology, Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Communication or a related discipline

Comfortable talking to strangers by phone, email and chat, and following through without being chased

Detail-oriented with trackers, schedules and records

Interest in labor market research and what makes a good hire

Bonus Points

Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter, applicant tracking systems or Boolean search
