About the Role
As a Talent Acquisition Intern, you will support the recruitment process from sourcing to pre-boarding. You will closely work with the Talent Acquisition team in identifying candidates, managing pipelines, and coordinating hiring activities while gaining hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment.
Key Responsibilities
- Sourcing and Screening
- Assist in posting job openings across various platforms
- Source candidates through different channels (job boards, social media, referrals)
- Conduct initial resume screening and pre-screening of candidates
- Candidate Management
- Support in maintaining and updating candidate pipelines
- Assist in scheduling interviews and coordinating with candidates and recruiters
- Help prepare candidate endorsements and profiles
- Recruitment Operations
- Assist in background checks and collate pre-employment requirements
- Support documentation and tracking of recruitment activities (intern and/or full-time roles)
- Assist in daily TA operations–process improvement and administrative tasks (e.g. 201 filing, pre-employment requirements) as needed
- Projects and Research
- Support ad hoc recruitment initiatives and employer branding activities
- Conduct research on sourcing strategies, tools, and market trends
Qualifications
Must-Have
- Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration or any related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Willing to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
Nice-to-Have (Optional but recommended!)
- Interest in recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR processes
- Has an eye for design, using content creation or graphic tools (e.g. Canva, etc.)
- Experience in school organizations, events, or coordination roles
