Talent Acquisition Intern

Connext is a dedicated team of business process outsourcing experts and innovators, with experience in supporting world-class companies in Title and Escrow, Healthcare, Produce Distribution, Retail and Fashion, Design Consulting, and Finance.

We are currently looking for a Talent Acquisition Intern who will work with Connext's Talent Acquisition Team. This is an onsite position based in Davao, Cebu, or Pampanga.

What is the job

The Talent Acquisition Intern plays a key role in supporting recruitment efforts. The intern will work closely with senior team members and shadow Recruitment Assistants, gaining hands-on experience in both administrative tasks and strategic recruitment initiatives.

• Collaborate with Senior Recruitment Specialists and Recruitment Assistants to support recruitment strategies and processes.
• Source and attract qualified candidates through job boards, social media, networking sites, and other channels.
• Review applications, conduct initial screenings and phone interviews, and build a pool of qualified candidates.
• Coordinate interviews, follow up with candidates, and manage Talent Acquisition schedules.
• Maintain accurate recruitment trackers, reports, and HRIS records while following Connext's recruitment process.
