Role: Talent Acquisition Group (TAG) Lead
Job Summary:
The Talent Acquisition Group (TAG) Lead is responsible for leading end-to-end recruitment strategies, managing a team of recruiters, and partnering with stakeholders to meet hiring goals. This role ensures efficient hiring processes, strong candidate experience, and alignment with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the Talent Acquisition team to deliver hiring targets across various functions.
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- Partner with hiring managers and business leaders to understand workforce needs.
- Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle (sourcing, screening, interviewing, offers, onboarding).
- Monitor recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, quality of hire, etc.) and drive continuous improvement.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for critical and high-volume roles.
- Provide coaching, mentoring, and performance management for recruiters.
- Collaborate with HR and leadership on workforce planning and employer branding.
- Ensure compliance with hiring policies and local labor regulations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or related field.
- 5-10 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, with at least 2-3 years in a leadership role.
- Strong experience in end-to-end recruitment of Volume Hiring (BPO Industry) and Niche Hiring (IT/Technology).
- Proven leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities.
- Experience using ATS and recruitment tools.
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making.
