THE ROLE
We are looking for a highly experienced, people-focused Talent Acquisition Expert to lead global recruitment.
The ideal candidate will be a confident, warm, and cheerful professional with a strong track record of sourcing and attracting exceptional talent. You will partner with the Head, Human Resources to understand hiring needs, identify top candidates, and deliver a seamless recruitment experience from sourcing through onboarding.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Carry out end-to-end recruitment for roles across multiple countries and time zones.
- Develop innovative sourcing strategies to attract high-quality global talent.
- Source, screen, interview, and shortlist candidates.
- Partner with hiring managers to define requirements and hiring priorities.
- Build and maintain strong international talent pipelines.
- Manage candidate communication and ensure an exceptional candidate experience.
- Utilize LinkedIn, ATS platforms, job boards, and professional networks effectively.
- Monitor recruitment metrics and provide regular hiring reports.
REQUIREMENTS
- 2+ years proven experience in Talent Acquisition/Recruitment.
- Demonstrable experience with international/global recruitment.
- Strong sourcing, interviewing and candidate assessment skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-management abilities.
- Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and ATS
- Ability to manage multiple vacancies independently and meet deadlines.
- Strong cultural awareness and ability to work across different time zones.
