Talent Acquisition Executive

Role Overview

As a Talent Acquisition Executive, you will play an important role in supporting Ecomobi's growth by attracting and hiring talented individuals across various business functions. You will be responsible for executing recruitment activities, building candidate pipelines, and ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Industry: eCommerce, Social Commerce, Tech, FMCG

Main Responsibilities

* Handle full-cycle recruitment for entry- to mid-level positions.

* Source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and other channels.

* Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate hiring manager interviews.

* Ensure a positive candidate experience and maintain communication throughout the hiring process.

* Support job offers and onboarding activities.

* Build talent pipelines for eCommerce, Social Commerce, KOL/KOC, and corporate roles.

* Collaborate with hiring managers on recruitment needs and provide hiring updates.

* Maintain ATS records, recruitment reports, and participate in employer branding and hiring events.

Requirements

* 1–3 years of recruitment, talent acquisition, or headhunting experience (strong internship experience is also considered).

* Experience recruiting for Tech, eCommerce, FMCG, or agencies is a plus.

* Basic to intermediate English communication skills.

* Interest in eCommerce, TikTok Shop, Social Commerce, and Digital Marketing.

* Familiarity with LinkedIn and recruitment platforms; basic Excel/Google Sheets skills.

* ATS experience is an advantage.

* Strong communication, organization, attention to detail, teamwork, adaptability, and stakeholder management skills.
