As a Talent Acquisition Director, you will play a pivotal role in attracting and selecting top talent to join our organization. Within our Internal Firm Services practice, you will focus on identifying and hiring individuals who align with our values and contribute to our success. As a Director, you will set the strategic direction and lead business growth efforts. You will make impactful decisions and oversee multiple projects, maintaining executive-level relations. Translating the vision, you set the tone and inspire others to follow. Your role is crucial in driving business growth, shaping the direction of projects, and mentoring the next generation of leaders.

In this role at PwC Acceleration Center Manila, you will collaborate with subject matter specialists and project teams to strategize effective ways to locate, assess, educate, and train employees, in line with market developments and firm strategy. You are expected to be a guardian of PwC's reputation, understanding that quality, integrity, inclusion, and a commercial mindset are all foundational to our success. You create a healthy working environment while maximizing stakeholder satisfaction. You cultivate the potential in others and actively team across the PwC Network, understanding tradeoffs, and leveraging our collective strength.

Responsibilities

  • Leading the strategic direction of talent acquisition initiatives to align with organizational goals
  • Overseeing the recruitment process to attract and select top talent that aligns with company values
  • Collaborating with subject matter specialists to develop innovative recruitment strategies
  • Managing stakeholder relationships to enhance recruitment outcomes and candidate experience
  • Utilizing storytelling techniques to effectively communicate the company's vision and culture to potential candidates
  • Embracing change and promoting a culture of continuous learning and professional growth
  • Identifying market trends and gaps to drive improvements in talent acquisition processes
  • Implementing escalation management strategies to address recruitment challenges efficiently
  • Mentoring and developing the next generation of leaders within the talent acquisition team
  • Promoting technological advancements to streamline recruitment processes and enhance efficiency

What You Must Have

  • At least a Bachelor's degree
  • At least 8 years of experience in Human Resources preferably in a professional services firm
  • Demonstrated ability to build and manage large-scale recruiting pipelines for niche technical and consulting roles, from associate to senior levels.
  • Oral and written proficiency in English required
