Your Role And Responsibilities

The Talent Coordinator is an administrative role responsible for facilitating the completion of onboarding procedures for selected candidates. S/he will work with the recruitment team members and third-party vendors to ensure that all applicants have been processed accurately and expediently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure the timely and proper onboarding of selected candidates by monitoring their progress in every step of the process.
  • Through phone calls and emails, setting up candidates for their background checks, secure identification fingerprinting and pre employment medical exam
  • Prepare and send job offer letters
  • Handle the travel arrangements for candidates when necessary, including hotel accommodation
  • Manage relationships with Talent Advisors, applicants, and the client's administrative personnel
  • Process the payroll requests for new hires and returning employees
  • Other tasks that may be assigned from time to time

Required Technical And Professional Expertise

  • At least 1 year in Customer Service or an office environment role using the telephone and computer as the primary instrument to perform your job duties
  • At least 1 year experience in Human Resource and/or Staffing
  • In-depth computer knowledge and working proficiency in Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Communicate Effectively and Consistently
  • Willingness to work on nightshift on site

Preferred Technical And Professional Experience

  • Familiarity with US geography, culture, government laws and employment requirements are a plus
  • Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) experience
