What You'll Do

  • Provide global system administration for our Applicant Tracking System (iCIMS)
  • Administer and monitor candidate background screens globally utilizing our Background Check System (Accurate)
  • Responsible for overseeing the maintenance of confidential personnel records, and other related areas.
  • Partner with Talent Acquisition and Human Resources leadership teams to enable access to data from applicant tracking system, and other recruitment systems.
  • Compose and maintains resource material, including system and user documentation and presentation materials.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues within the applications and systems and ensure appropriate parties are involved to resolve the issue.
  • Collaborate with global teams to support special operations projects and initiatives

What You'll Bring


  • Experience using and administering an application tracking system (iCIMS strongly preferred)
  • Experience supporting Talent Acquisition or People-systems function
  • Experience using and administering Background Check systems
  • Ability to set priorities and meet deadlines
  • Strong attention to detail with high level of accuracy
  • Exceptional customer-focus and responsiveness
  • Effective organizational and interpersonal skills including excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple and competing priorities and ensure adherence to company policies, procedures and guidelines
  • 1 - 3 years experience working within a Recruiting/HR department
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
