Ready to take your recruitment career to the next level Mercer is looking for a driven and talented individual to join our vibrant Talent Acquisition Operations team in the Manila, Philippines. This hybrid position calls for a minimum of three days a week in the office, offering the perfect balance between collaboration and flexibility.
In this fast-paced role, you will manage a high volume of interview coordination and logistics, including office visits, virtual interviews, and video conferences. Your clear and professional communication will be crucial to keep candidates and interviewers in sync with scheduling, confirmations, and feedback. You will also support the collection and tracking of interviewer feedback to ensure a seamless hiring process.
