Summary
The Talent Acquisition Coordinator is a central hub and critical component of the hiring and onboarding process for Clarvida. In this role, you will work closely with the Recruiting teams to facilitate the full life cycle recruiting process – from offer to start date. Core activities will include collection and tracking of preboarding documentation and references and maintaining status updates to our Recruitment and Operations teams. This role provides a positive candidate experience as one of Clarvida's first impressions in the onboarding journey.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Ensure strong organizational practices to meet deadlines in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Communicate effectively and timely with internal stakeholders, recruiters, and candidates through written and verbal formats
- Coordinate and manage the hiring process from offer accept through start date, supporting a team of Recruiters.
- Responsible for requesting, receiving, and tracking all clearances, references, and other pre-employment paperwork within the Operations contract established deadlines.
- Accurately track all new hires through the preboarding stage in real time and ensure all interested parties are well-informed, allowing for a smooth transition and onboarding process
- Assist with special projects and additional duties as assigned, which may include new hire check-ins, system testing, process improvement initiatives, and other departmental tasks
- Performs other duties, as assigned.

Education And/Or Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, similar
Qualifications
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret documents. Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing with Departments.
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form
Interpersonal skills and ability to interact and work with staff at all levels. Drive and ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
