About the Role

Atlas NextWave is seeking a Talent Acquisition Coordinator that will support the global business in executing all planned hiring needs in accordance with budgeted headcount and hiring needs as they arise.

Responsibilities

• Coordinating with Talent Acquisition Manager to identify staffing needs and candidate selection criteria.
• Source applicants through a variety of methods, but not limited to, online job posting, headhunting, networking, LinkedIn and other professional networks.
• Form close relationships with Talent Acquisition team to understand the culture and expectations of the business and clearly communicate this to candidates throughout the interview process.
• Organize a talent acquisition plan and tracking system to ensure all talent acquisition activities and interview notes are kept up to date and relevant in databases to share with key stakeholders.
• Create job descriptions and manage the advertising of these for all roles.
• Assess candidate CVs and applications against the criteria set in place by hiring managers before putting them into the talent acquisition funnel.
• Help conduct and organize interviews with applicants on behalf of the TA or TD team as well as for hiring managers. Tracking of candidate's progress throughout the process will need be monitored to ensure we give timely feedback to all parties (candidates and hiring managers).
• Conduct or ensure reference checks are conducted for all hires prior to onboarding

Requirements:

• Previous experience in recruitment is required.
• A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is typically preferred.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities are essential.
• Fluent in English, both verbally and in writing.

Office Location: RCBC Plaza, Makati

Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday to Friday
