Transpeed Communications is looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Business Partner to join our growing team.

If you are a strategic Talent Acquisition professional with strong experience in recruitment, talent sourcing, stakeholder partnership, and recruitment process improvement, we'd like to hear from you.

Position: Talent Acquisition Business Partner

Employment Type: Full-Time

Work Setup: Onsite

Location: Philippines

Level: Senior Individual Contributor

KEY ROLE FOCUS

End-to-End Recruitment
Talent Sourcing and Pipeline Development
Talent Acquisition Operations
ATS and Recruitment Technology
Recruitment Analytics and Reporting
Stakeholder and Hiring Manager Partnership
Recruitment Process Improvement and SOP Development

MUST-HAVE QUALIFICATIONS

5+ years of progressive Talent Acquisition experience
Strong end-to-end recruitment experience
Experience partnering with hiring managers and business leaders
Strong talent sourcing and pipeline development skills
Experience developing and improving recruitment processes and SOPs
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets
Bachelor's Degree in HR, Psychology, Behavioral Science, Business Administration, or a related field

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

ATS implementation, administration, or optimization experience
Recruitment analytics and reporting experience
Experience with recruitment technology and automation
Experience in BPO, Shared Services, Professional Services, Virtual Staffing, or other fast-paced/high-growth environments
