The Manager, Talent Acquisition will work closely with the HR Business Partner to develop and implement effective recruitment and practice, policy and procedures to support the development of high performing teams.
The role is responsible to delivery end-to-end recruiting success to meet business requirements. This is achieved by managing the following, talent requirement calibration, sourcing and profiling, screening and selection, documentations and reporting.
The role will demonstrate a strong understanding of Asurion's business in order to be an effective brand ambassador of Asurion in the region. The Recruitment Manager is responsible for stakeholder management and meeting the SLAs as he/she acquires talent across Customer Solutions in high volume space and wide range of corporate functions including Finance, Information Technology, Supply Chain, Logistics, Procurement, Product, Sales, Engineering and Human Resources.
Job Responsibilities:
- Designing, developing and maintaining the recruitment process in the organization (including description, recruitment measurements definitions, regular measurements reporting).
- Manages to ensure that end-to-end recruitment and selection procedures and practice meet operational needs, legislative and good practice requirements.
- Building quality relationships with internal customers/clients and external recruitment agencies
- Possess the ability to analyze current process data and provide Executive Level overview and gap analysis for additional process reporting to enhance department performance.
- Monitoring and constantly utilizing the cost of the recruitment process.
- To work with managers to develop the recruitment process, including interview guidelines and a standard questionnaire to establish whether the non-negotiable skills and experience have been demonstrated by the applicant.
- Identify and implement the best approaches to candidate selection - testing, assessment, interviewing, to ensure success of the new hire. Formulate components of the entire selection process to facilitate best fit for role and organization.
- To ensure that all job descriptions are developed by People Leaders and in place and remain current and accurate and advertise vacancies internally and externally
- Creative sourcing - Develop and deploy creative cost, efficient time to fill and quality hire sourcing strategies to ensure steady and robust candidate pipelines.
- To manage compliance with the Data Protection Law with respect to the documentations, storage of, access to and destruction of personal data.
- Managing and developing the team of Recruiters
- Be the primary point of interface with all Recruiting related vendors. Establish SLAs, review for performance and provide reports to the HR leadership team. Ensure effective relationship management with vendor sources to leverage vendor skills in support Talent Acquisition needs. Partner with procurement in selection and negotiation.
- Develop and provide critical centralized program support to the recruiting team to ensure goal achievement - Marketing, collateral, Employee referral programs, Job Fair formats, job boards etc.

Here's what you'll bring to the team:
- BS/BA in Business Administration, Human Resources or in an equivalent business related degree preferred
- Minimum 3-5 year's related experience in Talent Acquisition/Human Capital
- Experience conducting full life cycle recruiting with successful track record filling positions
- Experience using an Applicant Tracking System or Candidate Relationship Management tools
- Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills including strong verbal and written communication and presentation skills
- Must be results driven with the proven ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment
- Demonstrated ability to assess business needs and talent markets in developing recruitment strategies, programs and tools in support of business objectives
- Strong proficiency in Excel, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Knowledge of basic Human Resource policy/procedures and employment laws
