Job Description

What You'll Do

  • Source and attract candidates through online platforms and recruitment channels.
  • Screen applications, conduct initial interviews, and assess fit based on approved requirements.
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecyclefrom sourcing up to onboarding coordination.
  • Facilitate pre-employment assessments and ensure accurate documentation.
  • Partner with TA Leads, Supervisors, Managers, and hiring teams to align expectations and improve hiring outcomes.
  • Submit daily updates on hiring progress and pipeline status.
  • Support employee referral programs and employer branding initiatives.
  • Coordinate closely with HR on offers, requirements, and background checks.
  • Enhance candidate experience by gathering feedback and monitoring surveys.
  • Meet and exceed recruitment KPIs consistently.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or any related field.
  • At least 1 year Talent Acquisition/Recruitment experience (BPO or shared services preferred).
  • Experience hiring support or non-agent roles is an advantage.
  • Strong understanding of end-to-end recruitment and employer branding.
  • Hands-on experience with ATS, HRIS, sourcing tools, and social/job platforms.
  • Strong analytical, reporting, and time-management skills.
  • Excellent communication, attention to detail, and professionalism.
  • Able to work independently or in a team environment.
  • Willing to work across multiple locations (Taguig, Pasig, Quezon City).
  • Self-driven, proactive, and capable of making sound hiring decisions.
