Role Description The Talent Acquisition Associate is a full-time, on-site role based in Makati. This role involves managing end-to-end recruitment processes, including job posting, sourcing candidates, screening applications, and coordinating interviews. The Talent Acquisition Associate will liaise closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements, maintain candidate pipelines, and ensure a positive candidate experience. Daily responsibilities include conducting interviews, assessing candidate qualifications, preparing job offers in alignment with company policies, and updating recruitment trackers and reports. The role also supports employer branding initiatives and contributes to continuous improvement of recruitment strategies and processes.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess skills in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Recruiting to manage end-to-end hiring processes effectively.
• Candidates should possess strong Interviewing skills to evaluate candidate fit for multiple roles and levels.
• Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills to interact with candidates, hiring managers, and external partners.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
• Relevant experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, ideally within outsourcing, BPO, or related industries, is an advantage.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple requisitions simultaneously.
• Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems, online job platforms, and basic MS Office applications.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a professional and inclusive approach to hiring.
