Duties and Responsibilities:
- Identify and engage with internal and external sourcing channels (e.g., job boards, academic partnerships, search firms, professional networks, employee referrals) to build a steady pipeline of qualified candidates.
- Post and promote job vacancies across relevant platforms.
- Build and maintain a talent pool for critical, niche, and high-turnover roles.
- Coordinate and monitor employee referral programs, including processing incentive payments for successful hires.
- Screen applicants based on predefined role qualifications through rsum reviews and interviews.
- Administer relevant assessments as required.
- Recommend shortlisted candidates to hiring managers and coordinate next-level interviews.
- Conduct reference checks and provide recommendations based on assessments and evaluations.
- Extend job offers for positions within delegated authority, ensuring alignment with internal guidelines.
- Manage internal talent movement and coordinate employee transfers to meet staffing needs.
- Work collaboratively with other Recruitment Specialists to streamline recruitment workflows and support continuous improvement initiatives that enhance the overall recruitment process and candidate experience.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Behavioral Science, or a related field.
- At least one (1) year of relevant experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or a related HR role is preferred.
- Fresh graduates with strong internship experience or relevant academic projects are encouraged to apply.
- Familiarity with recruitment tools, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and sourcing platforms is an advantage.
- Basic understanding of the end-to-end recruitment process and relevant labor regulations is a plus.
