The Talent Acquisition Associate is responsible for supporting the end-to-end recruitment process by partnering with hiring managers, sourcing and assessing qualified talent, administering psychometric assessments, and ensuring a positive candidate and stakeholder experience. The role contributes to organizational growth through effective staffing strategies, talent pipeline development, employer branding initiatives, and continuous process improvement.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Behavioral Science, or a related field.
- Preferably with at least 3-4 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR operations. Preferably, with experience in recruiting IT roles.
- Background in psychological testing and assessment administration is an advantage.
- Strong interviewing, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of recruitment systems, HRIS, and sourcing platforms.
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and integrity.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and recruitment technologies.
