Job Description

Position: Talent Acquisition Associate
Location: 1880 Eastwood, Libis Quezon City
Work setup & shift: Onsite/Dayshift

Key Responsibilities:
Candidate Screening & Pre-Screening
  • Conduct initial screening of applicants to assess qualifications, skills, and experience.
  • Perform phone and paper screenings to shortlist candidates for further evaluation.
  • Ensure accurate and timely endorsement of candidates to recruiters or hiring managers.
  • Maintain constant communication with candidates regarding application updates and interview schedules.
Support Recruitment Process
  • Assist in posting job ads on company websites and various job portals.
  • Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Support recruiters in client communication and candidate placement activities.
  • Ensure timely and accurate updates in recruitment tracking systems and spreadsheets.
General Recruitment & Administration
  • Stay informed on industry trends and competitor recruitment practices.
  • Provide recommendations to improve candidate engagement and recruitment processes.
  • Perform other recruitment-related tasks as needed to support the Talent Acquisition team.
Qualifications:
  • Bacheloru0027s degree or equivalent experience (fresh graduates are welcome).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Highly organized with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Eagerness to learn and work in a fast-paced recruitment environment.
  • Willingness to work onsite and commit to a full-time, fixed-term role of up to 5 months.
