Talent Acquisition Associate (6-Month Contract)
Job Summary
We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Associate to support our recruitment team in delivering end-to-end hiring for manufacturing and engineering positions. This role is ideal for fresh graduates who are passionate about talent acquisition and eager to gain hands-on experience in sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating hiring activities in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment cycle for assigned requisitions, from sourcing to onboarding.
- Support volume hiring initiatives for manufacturing, technician, and engineering roles.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, and campus partnerships.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate interviews.
- Coordinate interviews and communicate with candidates and hiring managers throughout the hiring process.
- Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment reports.
- Support employer branding, career fairs, and other talent attraction activities.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience and compliance with recruitment processes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or any related field.
- Open to fresh graduates
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Willing to work in General Trias Cavite and on a hybrid setup (4x RTO)
