About the Role
We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Associate to join our growing recruitment team.
This is an entry-level opportunity for individuals who are interested in building a career in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, and Staffing. The role will support the recruitment of talent for our clients across different industries and will provide hands-on exposure to sourcing, candidate screening, interviewing, recruitment coordination, and candidate management.
The successful candidate will work closely with Recruitment Managers, Talent Acquisition Specialists, hiring stakeholders, and candidates to support timely and quality hiring delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and candidate identification through screening, interview coordination, selection, and hiring.
- Source qualified candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, social media, referrals, databases, and other recruitment channels.
- Review and evaluate resumes and applications against job requirements.
- Conduct initial candidate screening and interviews to assess qualifications, skills, experience, and overall fit.
- Build and maintain an active candidate pipeline and talent pool for current and future hiring requirements.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates, recruiters, and clients/hiring managers.
- Maintain accurate and timely updates in recruitment trackers, applicant databases, and internal systems.
- Monitor candidate progress throughout the recruitment process and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Communicate professionally with candidates and provide a positive candidate experience.
- Support recruiters in meeting hiring targets, turnaround times, sourcing requirements, and client expectations.
- Prepare recruitment reports and provide regular updates on candidate pipelines and hiring activities.
- Participate in recruitment activities such as job fairs, career events, recruitment campaigns, sourcing initiatives, and volume hiring activities.
- Collaborate with the recruitment team to develop effective sourcing strategies based on client and workforce requirements.
- Perform other recruitment-related tasks and projects as assigned.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, Management, or other business-related courses.
- At least one (1) year of relevant recruitment or Talent Acquisition experience, including experience gained through an internship, practicum, or full-time employment.
- Fresh graduates with relevant recruitment internship, practicum, or academic exposure are encouraged to apply.
- Basic knowledge of Talent Acquisition, recruitment, sourcing, candidate screening, and interviewing.
- Familiarity with recruitment platforms such as LinkedIn, JobStreet, Indeed, or similar job boards is an advantage.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Outlook, and Microsoft Teams.
- Comfortable working with spreadsheets, recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and digital recruitment tools.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Good interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple recruitment requirements and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Results-oriented, proactive, adaptable, and willing to learn.
- Strong interest in building a long-term career in Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, and Staffing.

Preferred Qualifications
- Exposure to high-volume or volume recruitment.
- Experience supporting recruitment for multiple positions, clients, or business units.
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) or recruitment management systems.
- Experience using LinkedIn or other sourcing tools for candidate identification.
- Basic understanding of recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, candidate pipeline, sourcing conversion, and hiring targets
