We are seeking a detail-oriented and personable Entry-Level Analyst to join our recruitment team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in our hiring process by conducting initial interviews, assessing candidate fit, and supporting our talent acquisition efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct initial phone or video screening interviews with candidates to evaluate their skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and desired candidate profiles.
- Maintain accurate and organized records of interview notes and candidate information.
- Assist in coordinating interview schedules and follow-up communications.
- Provide a positive candidate experience and represent the company professionally.
- Identify and escalate promising candidates for further evaluation by the hiring team.
- Support the recruitment team with administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to assess candidate potential.
- Detail-oriented with good organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Prior experience Recruitment is preferred but not required.
Preferred Skills:
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) is a plus.
- Basic understanding of recruitment and hiring processes.
- Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability.
