What You'll Do:
- Sourcing & Talent Search: Find and engage candidates for various IT roles using job boards, social platforms, and creative recruiting strategies.
- Screening & Assessment: Conduct initial phone interviews to evaluate qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
- Employer Branding & Job Ads: Craft and post compelling job advertisements across multiple channels.
- Coordination & Logistics: Schedule and organize interviews between hiring managers and top candidates.
- Candidate Experience: Build meaningful relationships with candidates to ensure a smooth and positive recruitment journey.
- Stakeholder Alignment: Partner closely with hiring managers to understand technical needs and job requirements.
- ATS & Operations: Maintain precise candidate records, interview notes, and pipeline data in our Applicant Tracking System.
- Onboarding Support: Assist in preparing documentation and coordinating seamless onboarding for new hires.
