The Talent Acquisition and Onboarding Associate is responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes to ensure the company attracts, hires, and successfully integrates high-quality talent aligned with BPI MS Insurance's business objectives and culture. The role works closely with hiring managers, external recruitment partners, candidates, and internal stakeholders to deliver an efficient, professional, and positive candidate and employee onboarding experience.
The position is accountable for key talent acquisition and onboarding functions including (1) recruitment and sourcing, (2) candidate assessment and stakeholder management, (3) onboarding and employee integration, and (4) recruitment operations and employer branding. The role achieves these through proactive sourcing strategies, strong stakeholder coordination, process discipline, data-driven recruitment practices, and effective candidate engagement.
The Talent Acquisition and Onboarding Associate helps ensure the organization secures capable and culturally aligned talent while strengthening the Company's employer brand and employee experience. The position plays an important role in supporting workforce continuity, operational effectiveness, and the Company's ability to compete for top talent in the insurance and financial services industry.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment and Sourcing
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for assigned positions from requisition approval to job offer and onboarding endorsement.
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies through job portals, social media platforms, referrals, professional networks, and external recruitment partners.
- Conduct resume screening, initial interviews, and candidate assessments to evaluate qualifications, competencies, and organizational fit.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for critical and hard-to-fill roles.
- Ensure timely and high-quality recruitment delivery aligned with agreed hiring timelines and workforce requirements.
Candidate Assessment and Stakeholder Management
- Partner closely with hiring managers and business leaders to understand manpower requirements, role expectations, and hiring priorities.
- Coordinate interviews, assessments, and recruitment activities with internal and external stakeholders.
- Provide recruitment insights, market intelligence, and hiring recommendations to hiring managers and HR leadership.
- Ensure a professional and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
- Support multinational or regional recruitment requirements and alignment with global hiring standards where applicable.
Onboarding and Employee Integration
- Manage and coordinate onboarding activities to ensure smooth transition and integration of new hires into the organization.
- Facilitate pre-employment requirements, onboarding documentation, orientation schedules, and onboarding communications.
- Coordinate with HR, IT, facilities, compliance, and business teams to ensure onboarding readiness.
- Monitor onboarding completion and employee integration feedback to improve onboarding effectiveness and employee experience.
Recruitment Operations and Employer Branding
- Maintain accurate and updated recruitment databases, applicant tracking systems, and hiring reports.
- Monitor recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, source effectiveness, hiring turnaround, and candidate experience indicators.
- Support employer branding initiatives, recruitment activities, and talent engagement programs.
- Ensure compliance with Company policies, labor regulations, and data privacy requirements throughout recruitment and onboarding processes.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiency within talent acquisition and onboarding activities.
Must Have Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Communication, or related field.
- Minimum of five (5) years of relevant experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, and onboarding.
- Experience handling end-to-end recruitment for corporate or professional roles is required.
- Experience working in a multinational corporation or international business environment
- Strong understanding of recruitment best practices, candidate assessment methodologies, and onboarding processes.
- Experience using applicant tracking systems, online recruitment platforms, and HR information systems.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple hiring requirements in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
