The Talent Acquisition & Employee Engagement Specialist manages the end-to-end pre-boarding process and oversees the execution of employee engagement programs across multiple sites. This role is responsible for ensuring 100% compliance in hiring documentation and for the successful, coordinated delivery of culture-building activities throughout the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Pre-boarding & Compliance Management: Oversee the post-offer process by guiding new hires through submitting medical results, background checks, and mandatory employment documents. Ensure all files are complete and compliant with company standards before the start date.
- System & Resource Readiness: Coordinate with GHBS to ensure all system accesses, hardware, and workstations are active and ready for use on the new hire's first day.
- Engagement Activity Management: Lead the implementation of the employee engagement calendar. Ensure all activities (town halls, recognition programs, wellness activities) are executed consistently and well-coordinated across all company sites.
- Site Coordination: Act as the central point of contact for site-level representatives to ensure engagement initiatives are standardized, schedules are followed, and participation is tracked.
- HRIS & Data Integrity: Manage accurate and timely data entry for all new hires into the HRIS. Maintain the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to ensure all recruitment records are organized and reflect real-time status.
- Recruitment Operations: Execute administrative tasks, including preparing and posting job notices and managing the PR-PO process for recruitment vendors such as clinics and job boards.
- Candidate Sourcing: Identify and screen candidates for entry-level or administrative positions through various sourcing channels and job boards to support the recruitment pipeline.
- Onboarding Feedback: Conduct 30-day check-ins with new employees to evaluate the onboarding experience and provide coordination updates to the Senior Specialist.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Behavioral Science, Human Resources, Business Management, or a related field.
- Experience: 3-5 years of experience in HR or Recruitment, with a proven track record in onboarding management and coordinating programs across multiple locations.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in using HRIS and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS). Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Excel for data tracking.
