Tagetik Manager

We are looking for a Tagetik Manager to lead finance transformation and financial management initiatives. The role will focus on improving financial processes, leveraging technology, enhancing reporting and controls, and delivering solutions that support better financial performance and decision-making.

Work Details

• Work Setup: Hybrid – onsite 2x/week
• Work Schedule: Midshift, 4:00 PM–1:00 AM
• Work Location: BGC, Taguig

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Tagetik and financial consulting projects focused on finance transformation and performance improvement
• Analyze financial processes and identify opportunities for process optimization, automation, and cost reduction
• Design and implement solutions for financial planning, reporting, consolidation, and controls
• Support financial systems implementation and process transformation initiatives
• Oversee financial data analysis, forecasting, and reporting to support business decisions
• Manage financial operations and shared services to improve efficiency and effectiveness
• Develop finance solutions aligned with business and client requirements
• Lead project delivery, ensuring quality, timelines, and stakeholder expectations are met
• Coach and mentor team members and support their professional development
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders and address issues or conflicts effectively

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field
• 7–11 years of relevant professional experience
• CPA certification required
• Strong experience in financial management, accounting, FP&A, or finance transformation
• Experience with Tagetik / CCH Tagetik or similar financial/EPM platforms
• Strong understanding of financial reporting, forecasting, budgeting, and financial analysis
• Experience in financial systems implementation, process automation, or finance transformation
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with financial consolidation and management reporting
• Background in finance shared services or global business services
• Experience with financial data analysis and financial modeling
• Exposure to ERP/EPM implementations and process optimization
• Demonstrated experience leading and developing finance teams
