About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Tableau Server Administrator to manage, maintain, and optimize our enterprise analytics infrastructure. In this role, you will ensure the health, security, and performance of the client's Tableau Server environment, supporting data-driven decision-making across the organization. This position operates on a hybrid work setup based in our modern office in BGC, Taguig.

Responsibilities

Server Maintenance: Manage Tableau Server configuration, upgrades, patches, backups, and component restoration.

Performance Tuning: Monitor server performance, optimize resource utilization, troubleshoot dashboard latency, and manage backgrounder processes.

Security & Governance: Implement user provisioning, Row-Level Security (RLS), Active Directory integrations, and site permissions.

Content Management: Oversee the publishing lifecycle, schedule extracts, and establish best practices for content governance.

Dashboard Development

Visual Analytics: Design, develop, and maintain interactive, high-performance Tableau dashboards and reports.

Data Modeling: Create complex calculated fields, parameters, table calculations, and level-of-detail (LOD) expressions.

Data Preparation: Connect to diverse data sources and use Tableau Prep or SQL to clean, blend, and structure data for analysis.

Optimization: Redesign existing dashboards to improve load times and user experience.

Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum of 4–5 years of hands-on experience covering both Tableau Server Administration and Tableau Dashboard Development.
• Admin Tech Stack: Deep understanding of Tableau Server architecture, TSM (Tableau Services Manager), and command-line tools (Tabcmd, TSM CLI).
• Development Skills: Proven track record of building advanced data visualizations with an eye for UI/UX design.
• Database & SQL: Strong proficiency in writing complex SQL queries to extract, manipulate, and validate data.
• OS & Scripting: Familiarity with Windows Server or Linux OS, and scripting (Python or PowerShell) for automation.
• Soft Skills: Excellent English communication skills to collaborate effectively with business stakeholders and data engineers.

Work Set-up & Benefits:

• Location: BGC, Taguig City
• Work Schedule: Hybrid setup [8 days on-site]
• Employment Type: Contract-based [6 months - 1 year initial contract; subject for continuous extensions]
• Open for absorption but not guaranteed

• Salary Range:[PHP 90,000 – PHP 120,000] gross per month.
