Tableau Developer – Business Analytics (CEMEA)

We are seeking a talented Tableau Developer to join our Global Analytics team, supporting Finance, Sales, and Marketing functions across the CEMEA region. This is a high-visibility role that will initially focus on partnering with the France business unit, delivering impactful reporting and analytics solutions that support strategic decision-making across multiple business areas.

Working closely with senior stakeholders, including CFOs, Finance Directors, Sales Leaders, Marketing Leaders, and regional leadership teams, you will be responsible for developing and enhancing executive-level dashboards and reporting capabilities. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain deep business knowledge, influence strategic decisions, and make a measurable impact through data and analytics.

Key Responsibilities

●    Design, develop, and maintain Tableau dashboards and reporting solutions for Finance, Sales, and Marketing stakeholders.

●    Partner with business leaders to understand reporting requirements and translate them into actionable analytics products.

●    Deliver high-quality, scalable, and user-friendly visualizations that support business performance management and decision-making.

●    Collaborate with regional and global analytics teams to drive consistency, best practices, and innovation.

●    Support ongoing enhancements to reporting frameworks and data models.

●    Present insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders across the business.

What We're Looking For

●    Strong Tableau development experience, including dashboard design and data visualization best practices.

●    Ability to work directly with senior stakeholders and confidently manage requirements discussions.

●    Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

●    Experience working with Finance, Sales, Marketing, or other business performance data is not essential but desirable.

●    A proactive mindset with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, global environment.
