We are seeking a skilledTableau Developerto design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and business intelligence solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in data visualization, data modeling, and SQL, with the ability to transform complex business requirements into meaningful insights that support strategic decision-making.

• Design, develop, and maintain Tableau dashboards, reports, and visualizations.
• Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders to develop reporting solutions.
• Connect Tableau to multiple data sources, including relational databases, cloud platforms, and data warehouses.
• Create efficient data models and optimize dashboard performance.
• Write and optimize SQL queries for data extraction, transformation, and reporting.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across reports and dashboards.
• Develop calculated fields, parameters, sets, filters, and Level of Detail (LOD) expressions.
• Monitor and troubleshoot dashboard performance and resolve reporting issues.
• Collaborate with data engineers, business analysts, and cross-functional teams to deliver BI solutions.
• Document dashboard designs, data sources, and development processes.
• Support enhancements, maintenance, and user adoption of Tableau reporting solutions.
  
  

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• At least3 years of experiencedeveloping Tableau dashboards and reports.
• Strong proficiency inTableau DesktopandTableau Server/Cloud.
• Advanced SQL skills with experience writing complex queries.
• Experience with data modeling and ETL concepts.
• Knowledge of relational databases such as SQL Server, Oracle, PostgreSQL, or MySQL.
• Experience integrating Tableau with multiple data sources.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  
  

• Tableau Desktop Certified Associate or Tableau Certified Data Analyst certification.
• Experience with cloud data platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
• Familiarity with Snowflake, Redshift, BigQuery, or Azure Synapse.
• Knowledge of Python or R for data analysis is an advantage.
• Experience with Agile or Scrum methodologies.
