Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and optimize the end-to-end recruitment process workflow and systems.
  • Manage and maintain the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and related recruitment technologies.
  • Generate and analyze recruitment metrics and reports to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws and company policies throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
  • Coordinate and support recruitment vendor relationships and invoicing processes.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Has 2 years of experience in HR operations, talent acquisition coordination, or a similar role.
  • Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HRIS platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with data reporting and metrics.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
