Job Description

Responsible for the effective operation of the IP and Transport layer, technical user interface, handling service requests, and assisting in the design, management, and operations of the Globe IP and optical network as a whole. Monitor the IP and Transport network to ensure that it is functioning according to design, and to ensure the availability of the network with minimal downtime.

General Criteria:
1. With average to advance knowledge in IP protocols (BGP, MPLS, OSPF), DWDM, Microwave Technologies and OSP.
2. With basic knowledge in Project Management
3. Awareness of the latest trends in technology and applications especially in the IP (Network Slicing & Segment Routing) + basic background on AI
4. Excellent communication skills, Presentation Skills, Inter-personal Skills
5. Possess Core and Globe Values - Customer centricity, caring like an owner, acting with integrity, keeping things simple, being fast.

Responsibilities:
1. Takes action and Leads mitigation measures as needed to ensure timely delivery of Territory requirements.
2. Make strategic decisions with minimal impact on revenue but a significant influence on achieving project deliverables and fulfilling business commitments for Mobile, Broadband, and B2B
3. Review and approve Engineering Work Plans (EWPs) and LLDs, ensuring completeness and understandability to be properly carried out by B&D.
4. Facilitates meetings with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure alignment on commitments and targets.
5. Provide updates and regular reports on project status to territory tribe and chapter.
6. Able to identify project critical milestones and dependencies that will have an impact on the project timeline.
7. Develop Strategies to enhance the asset lifecycle of IP Transport infrastructure.
