Are you an SAP FICO professional looking to advance your career in enterprise application support, system enhancements, and finance transformation

Deloitte Southeast Asia is looking for SAP FICO Consultants to support SAP Finance applications, resolve functional issues, deliver system enhancements, and drive continuous improvement across client environments.

Key Responsibilities

SAP FICO Functional Support & Enhancements

Support SAP FI/CO processes across SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA environments.
Analyse business requirements, assess functional gaps, and support solution design and configuration.
Deliver system enhancements, change requests, and process improvements.
Support integration between SAP FICO and other SAP modules.

AMS / Operate & Production Support

Handle Level 2 / Level 3 incidents, service requests, and functional escalations.
Perform troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, and problem resolution.
Support permanent fixes, testing, deployment, and preventive improvements.
Maintain functional documentation and comply with service-level agreements (SLAs) and AMS governance.

Testing & Continuous Improvement

Participate in integration testing, System Integration Testing (SIT), and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
Coordinate with business users, technical teams, and client stakeholders to resolve defects.
Identify opportunities to improve application stability, operational efficiency, and finance processes.

Candidate Requirements

Bachelor's degree in IT, Information Systems, Business, Engineering, or a related discipline.
3–8 years of relevant SAP FICO experience.
Experience with SAP ECC or SAP S/4HANA in implementation, enhancement, or application support.
Knowledge of SAP Finance and Controlling processes and cross-module integration.
Experience in requirements gathering, functional configuration, testing, and production support.
Familiarity with Agile or Waterfall delivery methodologies.
Strong communication, stakeholder management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Added Advantages

SAP technical debugging knowledge.
Team leadership or mentoring experience.
SAP, ITIL, PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certifications.
Experience supporting cloud-based or on-premise enterprise applications.

Candidates should be comfortable working client-aligned hours, participating in critical incident support rotations, and undertaking project-related travel when required.
