Responsibilities
- Setting up profile of new users in SAP, Weekly alignment meeting with EA team, Coordination with DSC IT, UAT of system enhancements, Documentation of system enhancements, User maintenance, Creation of initial process flows of new enhancements
- Basic Troubleshooting in SAP per Dept. (Receiving Errors,Order Control Errorr, Picking Errors, ZLABEL Errors, Packing Errors, Shipping Errors, Inventory Errors, RMA Errors, Report Generation, Labelling Errors, Printing of labels in S4, Printing of documents in S4)
- Weekly alignment with DSC IT regarding external tools deployed and enhanced
- Ensuring proper cascading of new enhancement/system per department
- To initiate and lead continuous improvement initiatives for improved quality service, efficiency and savings
Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Computer Science/Information Technology, Engineering (Industrial) or equivalent.
- At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Supervisor / 5 Yrs & Up Experienced Employees specializing in WMS / SAP, Warehouse Management or equivalent.
- Experience in Power Apps platform
- Experience in handling macro-based excel
- Applicants must be willing to work in Silang, Maguyam, Cavite
