Responsible for the design and technical support of low-voltage systems such as access control, video surveillance, parking systems, alarm systems, intercom systems, and structured cabling., bidding and sales support for other materials; designing product specifications according to customer needs; providing reasonable technical solutions and quotations; and assisting in contract signing. Responsible for achieving project sales targets.
Job Description
- Prepare technical solutions, tender documents, design specifications, system architecture diagrams, and Bill of Quantities (BOQ) based on project requirements.
- Draw floor plans, system diagrams, location diagrams, cabling diagrams, and network topology diagrams for low-voltage systems.
- Communicate with sales and project teams, participate in customer technical exchanges, clarifications, and solution presentations.
- Complete equipment selection, cost calculation, and technical review for projects.
- Assist the project implementation team in technical briefings, site surveys, design optimization, and problem analysis.
- Track new technologies and products in the industry and continuously optimize solution quality.Prepare and review product selection proposals related to projects to enhance project competitiveness;
- Communicate product requirements with clients, customize products, write product specifications and operation manuals, and complete product certification;
- Provide remote/on-site support for project sales, track and manage project progress and execution, and be responsible for overall sales targets, order receipt and tracking, and project revenue achievement;
- Promote and guide product and service design solutions, and participate in client demonstrations and communication for major projects.
- Job Qualifications;
- Experience with large-scale intelligent projects (hotels, airports, industrial parks, CBDs, office buildings)
- PMP, Low-Voltage Engineer, Construction Engineer, and System Integration Certificate
- Basic network knowledge (switch VLANs, IP planning)
- Familiar with bidding and government procurement processes
- English proficiency (if working on overseas projects)
