YOUR IMPACT
The Systems Integration Analyst is responsible for delivering end-to-end EDI and B2B integration solutions for clients within the OpenText Managed Services environment. As an individual contributor, you will act as the primary liaison for client implementation requests, translating business requirements into technical solutions by configuring trading partners, document mappings, and connectivity protocols. You will develop and maintain EDI maps, technical specifications, and integration workflows, perform deployments across testing and production environments, and ensure successful data exchange through protocols such as AS2, SFTP, FTP, and HTTP. By combining technical expertise, analytical problem-solving, and a client-focused approach, you will contribute to the successful delivery of client integration projects and ongoing operational excellence.
What The Role Offers
- Collaborate directly with clients to understand their EDI and integration requirements and transform business needs into technical solutions.
- Analyze data flows, interfaces, and integration requirements to support successful onboarding and implementation projects.
- Configure Trading Partners and EDI maps within OpenText Managed Services platforms, delivering high-quality solutions that meet client expectations.
- Support the enhancement and maintenance of existing integrations to drive operational efficiency and business continuity.
- Leverage industry standards and best practices to design, develop, and optimize EDI mapping solutions.
- Perform end-to-end testing, validation, and quality assurance activities to ensure successful implementation outcomes.
- Investigate complex technical issues, conduct root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions to resolve client-reported defects and integration challenges.
- Engage with clients, project teams, and stakeholders to provide timely updates, manage expectations, and contribute to successful project delivery.
What You Need To Succeed
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Foundational to intermediate programming experience in languages such as Java, JavaScript, C#, C++, Perl, or comparable technologies.
- A client-first mindset with a strong commitment to service excellence and delivering positive business outcomes.
- Exceptional analytical thinking and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to solve complex technical problems through structured and data-driven approaches.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, enabling you to work effectively with colleagues, stakeholders, and clients across different teams and geographies.
- The ability to thrive in a dynamic, high-volume environment while successfully balancing competing priorities and deadlines.
- Self-motivated, adaptable, and capable of working independently while maintaining accountability for results.
- Flexibility to provide after-hours and weekend support as part of an on-call rotation.
- Availability to work across global shifts, including ASPAC, EMEA, and US support schedules.
