Job Description

  • Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.
  • Not a requirement but an advantage (At least 2 - 3 years work experience as process engineering or manufacturing systems) Hands-on exposure to Smart Factory tools (MES, SCADA, IoT platforms, Auto Recipe systems, barcode integration). Background in data-driven decision-making and process optimization.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.
  • Not a requirement but an advantage (At least 2 - 3 years work experience as process engineering or manufacturing system improvement in a Semiconductor or Electronics Company) Hands-on exposure to Smart Factory tools (MES, SCADA, IoT platforms, Auto Recipe systems, barcode integration). Background in data-driven decision making and process optimization.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, or similar). Basic Knowledge in automation logic and machine interface systems.
  • Good communication and collaboration skills. Keen to detail; work with minimum supervision, with good analytical and critical thinking.
  • Knowledgeable in FPC manufacturing processes is an advantage. Knowledge of PLC programming or machine-to system
  • communication protocols. QC Tools Knowledgeable. Previous involvement in digital transformation or Industry 4.0 projects.
