Responsibilities

Safety & Security

To fully co-operate and follow directions of supervisors on matters relating to HSE, including attending related training

Report accidents, incidents, near misses, unsafe acts/conditions and hazards as soon as per the APAC OSCP Incident Reporting and Investigation at least 1 Behavior Based Safety (BBS) Conversation per month

Report to supervisor any defect or hazard

Comply with safe systems of work, instruction, information, training, safety procedures, manufacturers instructions and statutory requirements

Meets the security, safety and quality standards of the area i.e. rules of docks/PPE, etc.

Use safety equipment where it is provided

Attend safety training when requested and comply with the content of any training received

Attend monthly Workplace Health and Safety Committee Meeting.

Quality

Ensure that the quality standards of the area on a daily basis

Ensure and report any deviation and misses on cases being received that might be considered as quality incident (QI) and/or may result to a customer complaint
