Responsibilities

• Monitor and validate inbound shipment data (ASN, PO, delivery receipts) in the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
• Ensure timely creation and updating of inbound entries (receiving, put away, discrepancy reports).
• Coordinate with Operations, Inventory, and Transport teams for accurate receiving and item verification.
• Support scanning activities and troubleshoot issues with RFID/handheld devices. Resolve system-related variances such as overages, shortages, and mismatches.

Requirements

• Senior High School Graduate
• Understanding of warehouse workflows (inbound, outbound, inventory control).
• Ability to check, validate, and correct transaction errors in real time.
• Knowledge of documentation: DR, SO, discrepancy reports, cycle count sheets, etc.
