Responsibilities

• Inputting customer or client information into databases
• Converting paper documents into digital files
• Updating existing records with new data
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date files
• Checking data for errors or discrepancies
• Reviewing entries for accuracy and completeness
• Running reports to identify inconsistencies

Requirements

High School Graduate

• Understanding of warehouse workflows (inbound, outbound, inventory control).
• Ability to check, validate, and correct transaction errors in real time.
• Knowledge of documentation: DR, SO, discrepancy reports, cycle count sheets, etc.
