Responsibilities
- Responsible for accurately recording all warehouse activities-including inbound receipts, outbound shipments, and internal stock movements-intoWMS.
- Regularly cross-references physical documentation (such as invoices, picking lists, and delivery receipts) against digital records to ensure 100% data integrity.
- Monitors live system transactions to identify errors or discrepancies. They serve as the first point of contact for staff facing technical issues with handheld scanners or software glitches.
- Generates daily or weekly reports on warehouse performance, inventory levels, and transaction logs for supervisors and management.
- Assists in coordinating digital aspects of cycle counts and audits, performing necessary system adjustments to reconcile digital and physical stock
- Maintains and updates standard operating procedures (SOPs) related to system use and may train other staff on how to use warehouse software.
- Analyzing weekly reorder reports and sales trends to determine reorder points and ensure stock is available to fill orders at targeted rates (e.g., 90% fill rate).
- Reviewing warehouse layout and inventory reports to maximize space utilization and maintain efficient material flow.
- Acting as a central point of communication between suppliers, c arriers, and internal teams to schedule deliveries and shipments.
- Tracking performance metrics such as order picks per hour, fill rates, and labor utilization to identify inefficiencies
Requirements
- Knowledgeable in Excel
- At least HS Graduate
- Willing to be assigned in Pulo, Cabuyao
- Physically fit to work
