ROLE SNAPSHOT

You own the uptime, performance, and continuous improvement of a growing e-commerce brand's core systems and digital infrastructure — from platform integrations to vendor contracts to reporting. Your day runs across multiple fronts: keeping Shopify, NetSuite, Celigo, and connected apps like Avalara, JotForm, and GVO running smoothly, maintaining accurate system and asset documentation, and leading project execution with the brand's digital agency on site and platform improvements.

This is not a narrow, single-system support role. You operate across technical, operational, and creative touchpoints — troubleshooting issues, negotiating vendor SLAs, and translating performance data (conversion rate, bounce rate, cart abandonment, CSAT) into action. Best suited for professionals who are equally comfortable in a ticketing queue, a vendor negotiation, and a project timeline, and who take ownership of systems rather than waiting to be told something's broken.

YOU'RE LIKELY A STRONG FIT IF YOU HAVE

• 3+ years managing systems, IT infrastructure, or e-commerce platform operations
• Hands-on experience with Shopify, NetSuite, and Celigo, plus familiarity with connected apps such as Avalara, Algolia, JotForm, or Klaviyo
• Experience maintaining system documentation, vendor contracts/SLAs, and cross-department performance reporting in a fast-paced, US-facing operation
• Willingness to work full remote on a night shift aligned with US business hours (9:00 PM–6:00 AM PH time, Monday–Friday)

RESPONSIBILITY PILLARS

Systems & Infrastructure Uptime

• You own the reliability of critical systems, ensuring performance issues are caught and resolved before they disrupt the business.
• Monitor and maintain 24/7 availability of core systems
• Maintain accurate records of hardware, software, and service issues
• Establish and update user procedures and training materials

Digital Roadmap & Vendor Management

• You drive the infrastructure agenda end-to-end, from planning through vendor accountability.
• Oversee digital roadmap and infrastructure initiatives aligned to company goals
• Negotiate and manage technology and data communications contracts
• Monitor vendor compliance against service level agreements

Platform Operations (Shopify/Netsuite/Celigo)

• You keep the backend stack running and connected, resolving issues across integrated apps before they touch the storefront.
• Manage backend operations across Shopify, Celigo, and NetSuite
• Resolve cross-department issues involving Avalara, JotForm, GVO, and related apps
• Execute platform integrations and technical issue resolution

Project Execution & Performance Reporting

• You lead project delivery with the digital agency and turn performance data into decisions.
• Lead end-to-end project management with the digital agency on site and platform initiatives
• Monitor and report on conversion rate, bounce rate, cart abandonment, and CSAT
• Drive forward-looking research initiatives, transitioning insights to execution teams

Organizational & Creative Coordination

• You keep the operational backbone clean and the creative pipeline moving.
• Perform regular OneDrive scrubs and asset organization
• Maintain the Master Specs Document
• Source, edit, and coordinate creative assets for Shopify-UI improvements
