Project Engineer supports team coordination and project oversight while developing leadership skills in managing analysts, guiding deliverables, and ensuring adherence to project processes.
Work Schedule - Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM
Office Location - 4F DMG Center, Domingo M. Guevara St. Brgy. Mauway, Mandaluyong City
Qualifications
- Bachelors Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
- At least two (2) years of experience in Systems or Business Analysis or related roles.
- Strong knowledge of requirements analysis, documentation, and system evaluation.
- Experience mentoring or guiding junior analysts.
- Ability to coordinate tasks, monitor project progress, and support delivery timelines.
- Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
- Familiarity with Agile or structured project methodologies.
- Experience working with HR processes and HRIS platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee staff progress on assigned tasks and deliverables, assign team members to projects based on skill and workload.
- Finalize key project documents (Project Scope Documents, Process Flows, Diagrams, User Manuals, etc.), ensuring adherence to workflows and project methodologies.
- Assist Analysts in planning sprints, releases, and project timeline across multiple teams; ensuring that quality standards are met.
- Guide the team in translating stakeholder requirements, preparing project documentation, developing prototypes, maintaining design standards, and identifying system improvements.
- Support stakeholder discussions, system demonstrations, user training, and post-deployment support activities.
- Guide the assessment of client requests, evaluate change impacts, and assist in implementing corrective actions when needed.
- Support the development of team members by identifying skill gaps, providing guidance and feedback on assigned tasks, and managing performance evaluations.
- Assist in finalizing materials requiring higher-level approval and communicate updates to stakeholders.
